My name is Bailey Harrison and I absolutely love what I do - which is helping individuals find a nutrition program that will allow them to reach their goals. With 1-on-1 support, these programs are personalized to meet every individuals health needs and requirements while allowing them to still live life! No cookie cutter plans and no meal replacements needed!
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to help individuals take back their health and discover their own inner confidence.
From a young age I was always active in sports and my life in general. Growing up on a cattle ranch outside of Condon, OR gave me the opportunity to participate in Rodeo in both middle and high school. This was done on top of volleyball and basketball during the school year. Staying this active was great, unfortunately later on in my high school career I was not fueling my body correctly or with enough nutrients to truly feel and be my healthiest self. I fell prey to a negative body image that so many young girls are led into believing about themselves.
It was not until college when I found a new love for resistance training that I came into contact with an individual who helped me to understand the consequences of my diet restrictions. As I worked with her and gained sound knowledge on training and nutrition I was able to find that true happiness of body peace!
As I continued to train and better fuel my body I soon was presented with the opportunity to take on competing in a bodybuilding competition specifically in the figure division. Even though this was a very challenging feat it was an amazing experience. I love learning more and taking on new challenges and have also found helping others through the journey to reaching their own health and fitness goals very rewarding!
My love for this field and how it changed my life is what drove me into this career! First becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, finishing my Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Health with a concentration in Exercise Science along with a minor in Business and finally becoming a Licensed nutrition consultant through The Diet Doc. A program that is based on science, support and sustainability. I work to help individuals find an approach to their nutrition that works for them given their genetics, food likes and dislikes and their individualized metabolisms. No cookie cutter plans needed because I believe it is all about long term sustainable health and wellness!
